2. Do not eat refined carbohydrates, cakes, bread, ice cream, soda, fast food and biscuits.
3. If uric acid increases, eat low purine foods, all fruits, green vegetables, legumes, lentils, beans, soybean, dry fruits, cherries, seeds in your regular diet.
4. Drink plenty of water.
5. Do regular exercise.
